From 1978 to 1984 I attended Katubuka Primary School, thereafter Kigoma Secondary School,
Attended National service at Oljoro, Arusha, 1991-1992.

Other experiences:
After I graduated at UCLAS I immediately joined the Tanzania Fellowship of Evangelical Students
(TAFES) Ministry as a volunteer for one year, which is the evangelical organization reaching out
students in the higher learning institutions.
I have also been able to attend various Conferences, Workshops and Seminars inside and
outside Tanzania.
I can still recall the day I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ as a young boy of 17 years in the
year 1985 and chose to have my personal relationship with God.
From 1999 to 2002 I served as a Youth Pastor at Ilala Assemblies of God church.
Awards
2011- Honorary doctorate Degree of Divinity (PhD) by Omega Global University of Republic of
South Africa. This honors degree relates to a minister’s service to the community and in my
case, Students’ ministry.
Youths and Students Ministry
Victory Christian Centre (VCC) has a great passion for the youth of Tanzania and it directs its
concerted effort at young students that are about to break into the world of employment,
entrepreneurship and so on. It therefore targets the University and College campuses with the
sole desire of helping our young people to start their lives on the right footing.
Our vision is to bring God’s word to the students in the various campuses and empower them
Programmes
Among many programmes that VCC has for Universities and Colleges, the church conducts
Campus Tours, Students Breakfast talks, Intellectuals Meetings Monthly and Campus Night
yearly.
Campus Tours: These tours are held at least one campus a month. The main purpose of such
tours is to share God’s word with the students in campuses. Also through these tours, different
professionals have an opportunity to share their experiences with the students.
Breakfast talks: These programmes are also held once a month and the main purpose is
to bring together students from different universities and let them share the campus Life
challenges and find solutions. This is where students find their mentors and life coaches to
Intellectuals Meetings: These meetings are for intellectuals and they are held once every
month. The Intellectual meetings connect intellectuals who are still in school with those who
are working in order to share their experiences.
It involves students from various colleges and universities within and outside Tanzania. The
event is preceded with a week of pre-Campus Night events where by students are involved in
sports, community and charity works, forums that are staged on range of issues, career fair and
motivational talks. The event has been growing overtime to reach the attendance of more than
ten thousand students in the past three years.

Cultivate the spirit of good citizenship and love of our nation.
Employment: Help students to realize their potentials and utilize them to start their own business investments.
Provide them with necessary life skills.

To connect youths of Tanzania with students from other parts of the world for experience sharing.
Prepare Global Leaders.
Achievements of Campus Programmes:

Achievements of Campus Programmes:
Commitment to God: There is numerous numbers of people whose lives have been
transformed and they have totally committed themselves to God through the inspiration they
get from such programmes.
Character reformation: Students have testified of how their characters have been reformed
by being involved in the above programmes. Students who used to be drug addicts, drunkards,
and other immoral behaviors have been transformed through the power of God in campus
programmes.
Campus programmes encourage students to have a voluntary counseling and testing of HIV/
AIDS and many of them have responded positively to that which made them know their health
status.
Other humanitarian acts have been encouraged through these programmes. Many students
have voluntarily donated blood to save people’s lives.
Way Forward>>>>
VCC is looking forward to expanding the Campus Ministry all over the regions of Tanzania and
to cross borders to East Africa, the rest of Africa and the world at large. We have a vision that
one day Campus Night will be held all over the world at once.
